Are you a landowner or farmer within the River Dee catchment?

The Dee Trust offers a free and confidential farm assessment looking at farmyard infrastructure, soil health and a walkover of the watercourses/ditches on your landholding. You’ll receive a report detailing good practice already in place, any recommendations that would benefit water quality, and whether we may be able to support you with some of those recommendations through our grant scheme.

We’ve already worked with so many land managers across the Dee catchment, both in Wales and England. We’ve funded fencing where it has a positive impact on water quality, works to improve clean and dirty water separation in farmyards, improvements to farm tracks, and in-ditch wetlands which allow pollutants and sediments to settle out before entering watercourses. We also support and advise landowners with their environmental scheme applications.
